BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking a place at Community Land Trusts 2010 through this website, you are entering into a binding legal contract and will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
EVENT FEE
The event fee includes all refreshment as mentioned in the programme but does not include hotel accommodation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
By cheque made payable to New Start Publishing Ltd (please write details on reverse), by invoice payable by BACS or by credit/debit card (Switch/Maestro, Visa/Delta and Mastercard are acceptable). If payment is not received prior to the conference date, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at the event with a credit or debit card. Please send payments to New Start Publishing Ltd, The Workstation, Paternoster Row, Sheffield S1 2BX. A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
CANCELLATIONS
Completion of this registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Joining instructions will be forwarded at the end of May 2010 (or immediately after booking if you register after then). We cannot be held responsible for the non arrival of joining information, so if you have not heard from us by 7 days prior to the conference, please call us on 0114 281 6130. Cancellations confirmed in writing by 11th June 2010 will be refunded minus an administration fee of £30. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full invoice total, however you can nominate a substitute delegate at any time. We are not able to to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, flooding, industrial or terrorist action.
PROGRAMME AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to alter the programme or venue without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
Personal data is gathered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any relevant data supplied by you will be used to process your booking and will be held on our database. We may use this information to inform you of our products and services through written or electronic communication. We do not pass your details on to any external companies or third parties. All registered delegates will automatically be subscribed to our regeneration / housing / sustainable communities news email bulletin. If this bulletin is not required you may unsubscribe from it at any time using the link on the bulletin.
